Three poached eggs each served over a toasted English muffin, covered with hollandaise sauce, served Cali-style with tomato, bacon, and avocado, topped with roasted chilies. Served with a side of fruit.
Chili Verde Skillet
House-made pork chili verde, house, tater tots, and beans, topped with three eggs any style, with a side tortilla.
Three eggs any style, each served over corn tortillas, covered with beans, chili, and cheese, topped with sour cream. Two strips of bacon on side. Sliced avocado add $1.
Choice of thick cut bacon or grilled spam, tater tots, scrambled eggs, red salsa, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a large flour tortilla. Served with tortilla chips. Wet option with red or green sauce and cheese add $1
Early Bird Sandwich
Egg, sausage patty, bacon, and cheese on a toasted English Muffin. Served with sliced fruit.
Eggs and Bacon
Three eggs any style with three strips of bacon, and sliced toasted bread. Served with sliced fruit. Sliced avocado add $1
Bottomless Champagne (dine-in only). Side of orange juice or cranberry juice add $3.
